Support healthcare delivery at HMP Holme House as a Healthcare Team Support Worker (DART) with Spectrum Community Health CIC in Stockton-on-Tees (TS18). This permanent, full-time Band 3 role (£24,937–£26,598) places you at the heart of a multi‑disciplinary team providing individualised care in a Health and Justice setting. Day‑to‑day duties include reception screening, delivering agreed care packages, undertaking physical observations, and running clinics such as phlebotomy, ECG, NHS health checks, sexual health and health promotion, alongside substance misuse work. You’ll work under the supervision of registered nurses/practitioners and be expected to maintain clear clinical records and respond to emergencies; experience with SystmOne, complex health needs or a custody setting is desirable.

This role suits compassionate carers and women seeking meaningful, stable healthcare work with clear routes for development — you’ll need NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), an NHS Care Certificate, or be a final‑year nursing student. Spectrum offers supportive benefits including access to the NHS Pension, training and development, flexible working, employee assistance and wellbeing programmes, up to 33 days’ annual leave (plus birthday leave), and other incentives.
