Receptionist/Care Navigator at Burnham Surgery in Burnham Market (PE31), advertised by Primary Care Careers. This permanent role offers flexible working (minimum 25 hours a week across five days; full-time, part-time and flexible patterns considered) at £12.43 per hour. You’ll be based at a small, CQC‑rated Good GP practice on the Norfolk coast serving around 4,200 patients, working alongside a friendly, efficient reception team and supporting the sister site at Wells Health Centre.

You’ll be the front face of the practice, greeting and directing patients, booking appointments, answering calls and queries, handling prescriptions and documents, registering new patients and maintaining accurate records, including scanning, summarising and coding. We’re looking for someone discreet, empathic and organised with strong IT and administration skills; previous healthcare reception experience is desirable. The role requires occasional flexibility for cover and a Disclosure and Barring Service check; applicants should live within reasonable commuting distance.
