Support adults to regain independence as an Occupational Therapy Assistant Practitioner with Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, based at Bradwell Hospital / Leek Moorlands, Newcastle (ST5). Working under the supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist, you will assess and treat adults in their own homes, manage a non-complex caseload and contribute to rehabilitation plans alongside Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners and Assistants. The role is part-time (30 hours per week) with some flexibility, requires independent travel across North Staffordshire and a strong focus on practical, person-centred care, clear communication and teamwork. This post does not offer visa sponsorship.

You will need a Level 3 (or above) qualification in health, social care or education, completed Care Certificate within 12 weeks (pro rata), and experience or placements in rehabilitation or community settings; a Foundation Degree (Level 5) is desirable or you can work towards it.
