Step into a pivotal Senior Ward Administrator role at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, based on Magnolia Ward, Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford (GU2 7LX). You’ll deliver high‑quality administrative support to ward managers, matrons and multidisciplinary teams — coordinating complex diaries and meetings, taking minutes, maintaining accurate patient records, preparing reports and performance data, and supporting recruitment, onboarding and mandatory training. As the professional, compassionate first point of contact for patients, carers and external partners, you’ll manage enquiries, help with audits and incident reporting, and supervise and mentor junior admin staff to keep the ward running safely and smoothly.

This fixed‑term (14 months) full‑time role is Band 4, paying £28,860–£31,671 pa (incl. 5% fringe HCAS, pro rata). We’re looking for experienced administrators — preferably with healthcare or inpatient ward experience — who are highly organised, IT‑literate (Microsoft Office and digital record systems), calm under pressure and excellent communicators.
