Main duties of the job
As a WellbeingWorker, youll provide direct practical and emotional support to adultsreceiving social care. Working under the guidance of qualified professionals,youll help individuals identify recovery-focused goals and connect withcommunity resources to enhance their sense of purpose, identity, andself-esteem.Youll supportpeople with mental health needs, those accessing community social care, andindividuals involved in intermediate care.
