Take responsibility for the financial stewardship of Estates and Facilities at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, providing clear, timely management information and commercial advice to ensure services deliver within budget. As the Facilities Finance Business Partner you will act as the Financial Management Accountant for allocated teams: setting realistic income and expenditure budgets, driving deliverable savings plans, reporting performance, promoting financial awareness and training staff, and working with Internal Audit to strengthen controls. This full‑time, fixed‑term post (Band 8a, £55,690–£62,682 pa pro rata) is based at Cobbett House, Manchester M13 9WL and requires CCAB qualification, strong analytical and negotiating skills, and the ability to present concise financial insight across disciplines.
