Job description
You will triage and resolve Service Desk tickets, update records, prioritise incidents, and build/repair desktops, laptops and peripherals, with a strong focus on Microsoft Windows and Office 365 support. Essential: demonstrable IT support experience (ideally in healthcare), advanced IT skills and the ability to perform under pressure; desirable: IT qualifications/certifications and familiarity with server, networking or virtual environments. Band 5 pay £31,516–£38,364 per annum; the post is subject to a DBS check and sponsorship applications are welcome.
