Job summary
We are looking to recruit a motivated person to join our team as a Receptionist / Trauma Booking Coordinator. The post is based in a busy Day Unit, specialising in plastic surgery.This is a busy Unit with approximately 50 patients a day seen for Outpatient and day case care. You would be on the front reception, greeting and checking in patients as they arrive, arranging appointments and dealing with busy telephone calls.We are looking for a self motivated individual, who has an understanding of Outpatients or a willingness to learn. In return, we can offer an opportunity to learn and develop skills within a varied and exciting speciality. You would be well supported within a well established team.The post is 15 hours a week; shifts and times can be flexible.
Main duties of the job
To contribute to the provision of a professional clerical / administration and/or reception service to the Plastic Surgery Unit and all its users, including patients, relatives and colleagues.
