Support adults in an acute inpatient mental health ward as a Healthcare Facilitator at West London NHS Trust, based at the Mental Health Unit, Claybrook Road, Hammersmith (W6). You will work closely with the Ward Manager and Registered Mental Health Nurses to deliver safe, compassionate care across a multi‑disciplinary team, taking part in therapeutic interventions and positive engagement to reduce restrictive practice. This permanent, full‑time post is Agenda for Change Band 3 (£30,546–£32,207 pa pro rata, inclusive of 20% HCAS). You should have relevant health or social care experience, GCSEs including Maths and English (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent desirable), the right to work in the UK and be prepared to undertake a DBS check. The role requires flexibility, good communication, emotional resilience and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
