As a Civica Administrative Support Worker for Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board in Bridgend (CF31), you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the District Nursing service and the wider integrated health and social care team across a seven-day rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will use the Civica Scheduling tool (training provided), handle face-to-face and telephone enquiries with confidentiality and sensitivity, maintain accurate electronic patient records and spreadsheets, support colleagues with IT, retrieve records promptly, and respond to complex queries while following Health Board policies and procedures.
