The post is ideal for someone with a calm, caring manner, excellent spoken and written English, good IT skills and a warm telephone manner — previous experience in primary care or customer service is useful but full training and support are provided. You’ll be part of a supportive team of GPs, nurses, allied health professionals, students and administrators working from a modern village practice that values development and a healthy work–life balance; a DBS check is required.
