The role blends sensitive frontline advocacy and follow-up case management with practical duties: telephone information and support, booking and coordinating visits for adults, children and families, assisting during examinations (including colposcope support), maintaining anti-contamination standards, undertaking audits and environmental DNA monitoring, and helping the service meet UKAS/ISO 15189 and FSR Code requirements.
