Senior / Speech & Language Therapist - Stroke at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, based at The James Cook University Hospital, Middlesbrough (TS4 3BW). This permanent, full‑time Band 5 or Band 6 development post offers a clear career pathway with a salary range of £31,049–£46,580. You will work across the stroke pathway on a rotational programme — from hyper‑acute care to in‑patient rehabilitation, early supported discharge and outpatient clinics — and participate in a rota to provide a 6‑day service to the acute stroke unit. The role includes progressive dysphagia training, opportunities to broaden neurology skills, and regular clinical supervision, with a friendly multi‑disciplinary team, support workers and admin backup. Applicants must hold HCPC registration, relevant RCSLT qualifications and have access to a vehicle for work.
