Care for adults of all ages on Pineheath Ward at Kelling Hospital, Holt (NR25) as a Clinical Support Worker for Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust. You’ll work on a 24‑bed rehabilitation unit supporting people after medical, surgical or orthopaedic treatment and those needing palliative care, carrying out duties from the Trust’s Approved Core Task List under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role involves day and night rotations with full‑ and part‑time posts available (including 12.5‑hour shifts), accurate electronic record‑keeping, responding to clinical emergencies, supporting patients’ emotional wellbeing and independence through ward activities, helping with admissions and discharges, and keeping the clinical area safe and clean. Band 3 permanent role with a salary of £24,937–£26,598 per year; you may be asked to work across community hospitals within the Trust as required.

This position suits compassionate carers—particularly women returning to work or seeking a family‑friendly, values‑led NHS role—who have some prior care or nursing assistant experience, GCSEs (Grade 5) in English and Maths (or equivalent) and a Care Certificate or similar.
