As a Healthcare Assistant at Elysium Healthcare's Bradley Apartments in Grimsby (DN37), you'll provide practical, hands‑on support to men and women with complex needs, including mental health conditions, learning disabilities and personality disorders. Working within a multidisciplinary team you will take part in ward rounds, observe and analyse behaviour to adapt care, maintain accurate patient records and assist with personal care and hygiene. The post involves 11.42‑hour shifts on a rota (days, nights and weekends), typically 3–4 shifts per week totalling 40 hours, and suits compassionate, resilient carers who can stay vigilant during challenging moments while helping people progress through their therapeutic programme. A DBS check is required and all staff are expected to promote and safeguard the welfare of service users.
