An ARRS GP post at Harness North Primary Care Network based at Wembley Park Medical Centre offers a hands-on clinical role for newly qualified GPs. You will manage a mixed caseload through face-to-face, telephone and online consultations, occasional home visits and long-term condition management, while contributing to QOF, enhanced services, audits and quality improvement. The role sits within a busy PCN serving up to 25,000 patients and expects safe, evidence-based decision making in line with GMC standards, with opportunities to lead on chronic disease clinics and develop a special interest.
This fixed-term (18 month) salaried post is ideal for GPs within two years of qualification who have not held a substantive post and who are looking for supportive supervision, mentoring and practical career development. Flexible working is offered to help balance clinical commitment and life outside work, and you’ll join a large multidisciplinary team including pharmacists, social prescribers and mental health practitioners. Competitive pay (depending on experience), potential for an immediate start, and clear training and portfolio opportunities make this a strong step for early-career clinicians.
