Specialist Podiatrist MSK - Podiatry Team Lead at Central London Community Health Trust, based at Alexandra Avenue Health & Social Care Centre, Harrow (HA2 9DX). This Band 7, permanent, full-time post combines clinical excellence with operational leadership: you will lead and support a neighbourhood podiatry team within the Integrated Care Board structure, carry a c.60% clinical caseload, and be responsible for service delivery, supervision, rota coordination and meeting commissioner KPIs. The role sits at the heart of a service undergoing neighbourhood-focused transformation and population-health driven change, offering scope to shape care pathways while maintaining hands-on practice. Salary is £53,751–£60,651 pa inclusive of HCAS. You will need HCPC registration, a BSc (or earlier diploma), local anaesthesia certification and evidence of post‑graduate development.
