As a Bank Autism Support Worker at Cygnet Health Care’s Glyn House in Stoke‑on‑Trent (ST11), you’ll deliver specialist, person‑centred support to adults aged 18+ with autism and complex behavioural needs. This part‑time bank role gives you flexibility to choose shifts that fit around family and other commitments, with cover for sickness and annual leave. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include offering physical and emotional support, assisting with medical and welfare needs, reporting and safeguarding, maintaining a safe, clean environment and actively promoting independence and community participation. Applicants must have a minimum of six months’ experience working with adults with autism and complex behaviours and will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
