Make a real difference supporting women in their recovery at Cygnet St Teilo House, a 23‑bed, high‑support inpatient rehabilitation service in Rhymney, NP22. This permanent, full‑time Support Worker role (42 hours per week, a mix of days and nights) involves hands‑on, person‑centred care: offering physical and emotional support, assisting with medical and welfare needs, maintaining a safe, clean environment, safeguarding and reporting as required. You’ll work within a multi‑disciplinary team using Cygnet’s four‑stage model to promote privacy, dignity and long‑term rehabilitation for women with complex mental health needs. Salary is £12.60 per hour and a satisfactory enhanced DBS is required.
