Make a real difference supporting people to live independently in their own homes as a Health Care Support Worker with Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, based in Southampton (SO16). This frontline, permanent Band 3 role (£24,937–£26,598 pro rata) is full-time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday 8.30am–5.00pm) and sits mainly within the rehabilitation team, while offering flexible support across community nursing, housebound phlebotomy, reablement and specialist falls interventions. You will follow care plans and delegated treatment interventions from nurses and therapists, work competently within an agreed framework without direct supervision, and travel across the Southampton and South West division — a full UK driving licence and daily use of a car are essential.
