Make a tangible difference supporting people with co‑occurring mental health, alcohol and drug needs from Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust’s Bexleyheath Centre (DA6 8DX). As a Community Recovery Practitioner (COMHAD) you’ll work under the guidance of the COMHAD Specialist Practitioner to deliver timely screening and assessment, one‑to‑one and group psycho‑social interventions, harm‑reduction and practical substance‑management skills.
