Support School Nurses to deliver the Healthy Child Programme (5–19) across Wiltshire, carrying out vision (LogMAR), hearing and growth checks for children starting school, and helping to deliver the National Child Measurement Programme. You will also deliver engaging health-promotion activities and small-group interventions for Key Stage 1 and 2 pupils, keep accurate records using IT systems, maintain screening equipment and follow safeguarding and local nursing standards. This is a permanent, part-time (22.5 hours per week) term-time only role based in Chippenham (SN15) and the surrounding rural patch, with travel between schools required — a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes are essential.
