As ELA Compliance Manager at East Lancashire Alliance, based at Burnley Business Centre (BB12 6HH), you will lead CQC compliance and manage the Quality Compliance System (QCS) portal across nine PCNs and 48 GP practices. The role combines policy development, a rolling audit programme, risk register oversight and preparing assurance reports for the CEO and Board, alongside delivering tailored compliance training and supporting teams through inspections. This is a permanent, full-time position offered at a Band 7 AFC‑like salary (dependent on experience), requiring strong governance, audit and communication skills and the ability to work across clinical and operational teams.
