Job description
In this hands-on role you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in line with the NMC Code and local protocols, lead and mentor practice nursing teams, run treatment‑room clinics (including immunisations and cervical cytology), keep accurate records, manage supplies and uphold infection‑control and safety standards. The post is suited to NMC‑registered nurses with a minimum of two years’ post‑registration experience, NMC mentorship qualification, practice or community experience and evidence of clinical leadership; degree‑level education or equivalent and up‑to‑date training in safeguarding, information governance and infection control are required.
