A bank General Practice Nurse role with Primary Care 24 offers flexible, well-paid primary care shifts across Sefton (Litherland, Maghull, Seaforth, Netherton, Crosby, Bootle and Thornton) that fit around family and caring responsibilities. You’ll be able to bid for weekday shifts between 08:00 and 18:30, earning £23.01 per hour, with access to the NHS Pension Scheme and Blue Light Card eligibility. Primary Care 24 is a not‑for‑profit social enterprise that reinvests surplus into staff and patients, so you’ll work in practices that prioritise professional development, supportive leadership and community-focused care — an attractive setup for women seeking meaningful, flexible clinical work.

In this hands-on role you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in line with the NMC Code and local protocols, lead and mentor practice nursing teams, run treatment‑room clinics (including immunisations and cervical cytology), keep accurate records, manage supplies and uphold infection‑control and safety standards. The post is suited to NMC‑registered nurses with a minimum of two years’ post‑registration experience, NMC mentorship qualification, practice or community experience and evidence of clinical leadership; degree‑level education or equivalent and up‑to‑date training in safeguarding, information governance and infection control are required. A DBS check is necessary and skilled‑worker sponsorship applications will be considered. This vacancy is listed on jobsincare.com — click the “Apply Now” button to submit your application.
