Based at Woolton House Medical Centre in Liverpool (L25), this permanent part-time Care Navigator / Medical Receptionist role offers 22.5 hours a week across three days (must include Monday and Friday). As the friendly first point of contact for around 9,200 patients, you will manage phone and face‑to‑face enquiries, book and amend appointments, process repeat prescriptions, register patients, code and scan clinical correspondence and signpost people to the most appropriate services to ensure they get the right care at the right time.
