Job description
This opportunity is ideal for experienced carers, support workers or educators with a relevant Level 3 qualification (health/social care, communication or teaching) plus Literacy and Numeracy Level 2 (or equivalent). You should have paid, voluntary or lived experience working with people with learning disabilities or mental health needs, and be prepared to complete Trust Healthcare Assistant competencies during the six‑month probation. A DBS check and the Right to Work in the UK are required; please note the Trust cannot offer Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for this post.
