This is a fixed term

for 9 months and 25 hours per week for a Part-time Estates Administrator at Elysium Healthcare. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and system support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Estates department. The Part-time Estates Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing the flow of information, and ensuring compliance with operational and financial processes.
Main duties of the job
As the Part-time Estates Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Estates team and help desk function, maintain and update the CAFM system, process and track invoices, produce and maintain spreadsheets and documents, respond to and resolve queries from Elysium sites, support the management team with data entry and report generation, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Estates function.
