A part‑time, fixed‑term opportunity as Estates Administrator at Elysium Healthcare in Borehamwood (WD6). This 9‑month role, 25 hours per week, provides practical administrative and systems support to the Estates team and helpdesk. You will maintain the CAFM system and PPM schedules, process and track invoices on Unit4, manage spreadsheets and document control, respond to site queries, coordinate contractors and support report generation — all essential to keeping services running smoothly.
