As a Housekeeping Assistant at Avery Healthcare in Littleover (DE23), you will keep residents’ surroundings clean, comfortable and well presented, working to hotel-standard housekeeping and laundry procedures. The role involves day-to-day cleaning duties, handling laundry in a public setting, selecting appropriate cleaning products for different surfaces and always treating residents and their personal spaces with dignity and respect. This permanent, full-time position pays £12.25 per hour and is part of Avery’s network of over 100 luxury care homes, where teamwork and high standards are expected and celebrated.

This vacancy will particularly appeal to women and carers who take pride in practical, hands-on work that directly improves people’s lives.
