Work as a Support Worker at Redhills Crisis House in Exeter (1‑year fixed term) supporting people through short, intensive stays in a safe, homely 24/7 service. You will provide direct therapeutic engagement to help people move away from crisis, co-produce management plans with service users and carers, and support daily living and recovery-focused activities. The role is Band 3 (£24,937–£26,598) with flexible and part‑time working considered, supervised by the House Manager and backed by the Home Treatment team — ideal for carers who want hands‑on, values‑driven work in a close, compassionate setting.

You’ll be someone with caring experience or previous work in mental health, strong communication and record‑keeping skills, and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies; applicants are expected to complete the Care Certificate within six months (or hold an equivalent qualification such as NVQ Level 3).
