Job summary
The team are currently hybrid working which is a mix of working on site and from home. Your base will be St Mary's Hospital.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workforce System's Analyst at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust. The post holder will support the provision of information and analytics to the Trusts business needs. of assessing information and data from multiple sources and determining the integrity of the data would be essential.The team have a technical ambition to be using visualisation tools in the future; however, the current role requires expertise of Microsoft products.The candidate should be comfortable with the production and presentation of workforce information and intelligence to support workforce reporting and planning for the trust.You will be a critical member of a small team working in a busy fast pace environment supporting colleagues to articulate their information requirements and advising on how data can be used to support business processes and decision making.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will demonstrate the ability to:- prioritise, plan, and manage time effectively and independently ensuring that deadlines are met.- process and rationalise information, contextualise problems and communicate ideas to a variety of audiences.- ability to present effectively via workforce reports or visualisations internally and externally.-adaptability in particular picking up project work and then assisting with current work streams also.Additionally, you must have excellent attention to detail, be highly IT literate, with strong excel skills and database packages with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
