This permanent, full‑time post (37.5 hours; job‑share and flexible/part‑time requests considered) is peripatetic — you’ll manage your own OH caseload, support service personnel through clinical pathways, provide advice and training across multidisciplinary teams, and deliver care both face‑to‑face in Colchester and remotely for other sites. You must be a Registered Nurse (NMC) or Occupational Therapist (HCPC) with current UK registration and registration number, have in‑depth occupational health clinical and management experience, a degree with relevant post‑graduate study, current certificates of immunity (Hepatitis B, rubella, measles, varicella), and a driving licence (public transport cannot meet the role).
