An exciting new opportunity has arisen within CityCaresReablement services.We are looking to employ a Band 5 Reablement SupportSupervisor.This role will be part of the existing Reablement At Home Supportteam and will enhance the leadership by offering on the job support to ouramazing Rehabilitation Support Workers.This service provides short term therapy to promote independence toenable people to remain at home or return home at the earliest opportunity.Therole will include supervision, support with training including Holistic Workercompetencies, quality of care and patient flow.We are looking to recruit an individual with a minimum of 2 years
Experience
