Lead and support a busy administration team for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, based in Southampton (SO40). As Team Admin Coordinator you’ll supervise admin staff, allocate workloads, maintain rosters and sickness records, and ensure consistent office cover so clinical services run smoothly. You will manage data quality and performance reporting, prepare agendas and take minutes, lead recruitment admin and keep paper and electronic filing systems up to date. The role involves day-to-day use of Trust systems, dealing sensitively with service users, carers and relatives, organising additional resources (for example interpreters), and joining a reception rota when needed. This permanent Band 4 post offers salary £27,485–£30,162 (pro rata for part-time), flexible full-time working and requires an NVQ in Business & Administration (or equivalent), GCSEs in English and Maths and a DBS check.
