We are a forward-thinking training practice looking to welcome a motivated and enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our well-established clinical team. The role involves delivering a wide range of nursing services, including management of long-term conditions such as respiratory disease and diabetes, provision of womens health and contraception services, and wound care. You will work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care for our patients.





We are a well-established training practice in Calderdale, caring for 11,500 patients. Our team includes five GP partners, salaried GPs, nurses, HCAs, phlebotomists, and a strong admin team, all working together to provide high-quality, patient-centred care.




As part of Calder and Ryburn PCN, we offer extended services such as social prescribing, first contact physiotherapy, care coordination, and clinical pharmacy support.
