Support the Trust’s Executive Team as an Executive Support Administrator at The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust, based at Pinderfields Hospital, Wakefield (WF1 4DG). This hands-on role covers shared inbox ownership, diary and meeting organisation, minute taking, handling internal and external enquiries, and arranging Executive Away Days and recruitment logistics. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, maintain the Executive Director on-call rota, support inductions, and use Microsoft Office and Teams to keep governance and communications running smoothly. A strong eye for detail, discretion and the ability to prioritise on your own initiative will help you thrive here.
