Lance Lane Medical Centre in Wavertree, Liverpool (L15) is recruiting a part‑time Receptionist/Care Navigator for up to 30 hours a week (temporary six‑month contract with review). The role is largely patient‑facing and includes front‑desk duties, booking and cancelling appointments, answering and directing calls, processing repeat prescription requests, scanning and electronic filing, and general administration. EMIS experience is desirable but not essential — training and IT support will be provided — and the post will require a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
