Work as a Healthcare Assistant at Stanley House in Ledbury, Herefordshire (HR8), supporting people with neurological conditions as part of Elysium Healthcare’s friendly, multidisciplinary team. You’ll be involved in ward rounds, observing and analysing behaviours, updating patient records and delivering hands-on care from personal hygiene and mealtime support to continence and end-of-life comfort. The role is varied — from supporting physiotherapy and art therapy sessions to helping residents enjoy trips and communal activities — and suits carers who are compassionate, resilient and attentive. Shifts are 12 hours (typically 3–4 days a week, including days, nights and alternate weekends), with flexible full- and part-time options to fit around family or other responsibilities.
