Based in Weston-super-Mare (BS22), Avery Healthcare is recruiting Bank Care Assistants to join their luxury elderly care home. Working on a bank contract with flexible shifts (08:00–14:00, 14:00–20:00, 08:00–20:00 and 20:00–08:00), you’ll be paid £12.25 per hour and play a hands-on role delivering personal care that protects dignity and independence. The role involves supporting residents with hygiene, recognising and escalating clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls or signs of infection, practising safe working systems and treating residents and visitors courteously. No previous experience is required — a full induction and ongoing training are provided — and Avery will meet the cost of a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
