Take a lead clinical and strategic role as an Occupational Advanced Therapist for Acute Medicine at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, Aylesbury (HP21). You will jointly lead the Acute Medical OT service, bridge care with Trauma & Orthopaedics and work closely with physios and the Home First discharge team. The role is hands‑on: assessing acute medical in‑patients, making safe discharge recommendations or in‑patient rehabilitation plans, liaising with community services, supervising junior staff and students, and delivering clinical projects, audits and research. Band 7 clinical experience is essential, along with HCPC registration and a diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy.

More about the NHS
