Make a real difference as a Healthcare Assistant with Elysium Healthcare at Asher House in Walton-on-the-Naze (CO14). This permanent, full-time role (12.5-hour shifts, 3–4 days per week including nights and weekends) offers hands-on work supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism who have highly complex needs — some stepping down from hospital or whose community placements have broken down. Day-to-day you’ll take part in ward rounds, observe and analyse behaviours, update patient records and assist with personal care, working within a supportive team that values compassion, resilience and vigilance.
