This Bank Apprenticeship Assessor (Healthcare) role with HCRG Care Group, based in Runcorn (WA7), offers a flexible, mostly home‑based assessor position supporting apprentices across Healthcare at Levels 3 to 5. You will manage your own caseload, carry out blended assessments, deliver inductions, coach and provide pastoral support, and work closely with employers, managers and workplace facilitators to create robust individual learning plans. The post is a bank, part‑time role for 12 months, pays £18.71 an hour and will require occasional travel and an enhanced DBS check.
Ideal for experienced female carers and assessors who value work–life balance, this role asks for a recognised CAVA or TAQA assessor qualification (or equivalent), a Level 5 healthcare qualification, substantive healthcare experience and at least three years’ assessor experience.
