As a Senior Reablement Worker for Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust based in Gloucester (GL1), you will work alongside occupational therapists, physiotherapists and Reablement Coordinators to assess, plan and deliver time‑limited, goal‑focused support that helps people regain skills and live safely at home after hospital stays. The role involves completing assessments and risk checks, setting and reviewing outcome‑based goals, providing practical, personal or intimate care where needed, recording interventions in electronic systems and supporting the quality of work carried out by Reablement Workers. The service operates between 07:00 and 22:00, 365 days a year with Agenda for Change unsocial hours payments; this permanent post is part‑time (36.75 hours/week), Band 3, £24,937–£26,598 pro rata. You will need a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, and the post requires a DBS check; please note this role is not eligible for UK visa sponsorship.
