Based at the Royal United Hospitals, Combe Park (Bath BA13NG), this IT Service Desk Junior Analyst (Band 3) is a full‑time, 12‑month fixed‑term role paying £24,937–£26,598. You will be the first point of contact for colleagues across the Trust, delivering first‑ and second‑line support for PCs, printers, Microsoft platforms, mobile devices and NHS digital solutions, and helping with smart card setup. The role blends hands‑on hardware work, remote troubleshooting and face‑to‑face customer service, so clear communication and a practical, helpful approach are essential.
