Support the Rheumatology team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital as an Apprentice Waiting List Coordinator: a 14‑month, full‑time Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship based at NNUH Colney Lane (NR4). You will manage and maintain rheumatology waiting lists, carry out real‑time data entry to PAS and RTT standards, compile daily admission lists, arrange booked admissions and deal with urgent referrals while working closely with consultants, secretaries, the Day Unit and GPs. The role demands strong communication, organisational and IT skills, a careful attention to detail, respect for patient confidentiality and a valid DBS check. The apprenticeship salary is £14,722 per annum, and you will be enrolled with a local training provider to complete your apprenticeship qualification on the job. Applicants must be 16+, resident in the UK/EEA for the last three years, not already hold a similar level qualification and not be in formal government‑funded education at the apprenticeship start.
