Main duties of the job
You will be expected to have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will have the ability to manage and prioritise workloads accordingly, as well as work as part of the wider team. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy and an understanding of patient confidentiality is essential.As post holder you will provide waiting list management for the Rheumatology Directorate. This role relies on close working relationships between consultants, secretaries, departmental staff, patients, Rheumatology Day Unit and general practitioners.You will ensure that all waiting lists within Rheumatology are maintained accurately, observing the rules of 'real time data entry'.
