Based at the award-winning Dean Street clinic in Soho, this Band 5 Health Adviser Assistant role at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust blends results management and clinical practice in Europe’s busiest sexual health service. You will recall and manage patients with sexually transmitted infections, co-ordinate partner notification, run the text results service, and provide pre- and post-test HIV discussions and PEP assessment. The post includes asymptomatic sexual health screening, venepuncture, point-of-care testing and sample processing, plus telephone support for patients in crisis. This role is for practitioners with proven experience in HIV/sexual health who can manage positive results with skilled, compassionate advice and strong communication with a multidisciplinary team.

This full-time, fixed-term (12 months) post is based at 56 Dean Street, Soho (Band 5 salary £37,259–£45,356 pa incl HCAS), and is subject to a DBS check and six-month probation; occasional weekend shifts across sites may be required.
