Sloan Medical Centre is a purpose-built, training practice with a growing list of 14,000 patients, 4 Partners and 8 salaried GPs, working collaboratively across a PCN with pharmacists, mental health and social prescribing teams. This permanent, full-time Patient Services Manager role offers £26,936 pa (£14.00 p/h), a pension, five weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays and a 37-hour week (Mon 1–6pm, Tue 8am–6pm, Wed 1–6pm, Thu 8am–6:30pm, Fri 8am–3:30pm). You will supervise and support the patient services and reception teams, manage rotas, maintain appointment systems, handle complaints at first point of contact, keep receptions organised and compliant with GDPR, and deal with IT, building and security issues as required. This role suits an experienced supervisor with strong communication, customer-service and IT skills (Excel/Word), calm multitasking ability and a proven track record of motivating teams; Primary Care/NHS experience, SystmOne and rota planning are desirable.
