Job description
You will supervise and support the patient services and reception teams, manage rotas, maintain appointment systems, handle complaints at first point of contact, keep receptions organised and compliant with GDPR, and deal with IT, building and security issues as required. This role suits an experienced supervisor with strong communication, customer-service and IT skills (Excel/Word), calm multitasking ability and a proven track record of motivating teams; Primary Care/NHS experience, SystmOne and rota planning are desirable.
