Take the lead clinically and managerially as Sister/Charge Nurse on Ward K2 at Cambridge University Hospitals (Addenbrooke’s, CB2 0QQ). This Band 6 post suits an experienced, NMC‑registered nurse who can support the Senior Sister in running a small, friendly day unit, coordinate a multidisciplinary team and cover the Division D bleep holder role on rota. Cardiac nursing experience, especially with a cardiac catheter lab, is desirable; key duties include shift ward management, mentoring and teaching junior staff, ensuring safe, individualised, evidence‑based patient care and upholding Trust standards.
