Provide compassionate, hands-on care at Royal Papworth Hospital, supporting patients through pre-admission, admission, monitoring and discharge. This largely ward-based role includes telephone pre-admission checks, face‑to‑face safety assessments and accurate electronic record keeping. Within the Sleep Diagnostics team you will be trained by senior Healthcare Scientists to set up complex sleep studies, check sleep signals during night shifts and help prepare equipment for daytime clinics. Infection control, departmental audits and routine administration are part of the day-to-day duties, so good attention to detail and manual dexterity are essential.
