Lead the cardiac advanced practice team at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham (B15 2TH) as a Band 8b Lead Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Cardiac Surgery. This senior post combines hands‑on clinical care across ward, CCU and theatres with strategic service delivery: you will manage ACP and SCP rotas, oversee elective, urgent and emergency activity, lead training, reporting and governance, and shape quality improvement across a tertiary/quaternary cardiac centre that covers aortic, coronary, mitral, ACHD, transplant and more.
