Main duties of the job
Team Leaders at WithYou have a solution focused attitude and are professional, resilient and dynamic. This role will be based at our Truro office and will be working as part of a successful management team on the

we have been delivering since 2. You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, including occasional Saturday working.The Team Leader role is a key element in providing the variety of services that WithYou Cornwall offers. This is a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. You will be working in a multi-disciplinary team alongside in-house service including outreach, criminal justice, family and community workers; nurses, doctors, pharmacists, and a secondary rehabilitation service.We offer a wide range of interventions including needle and syringe programme, harm reduction advice and information, psychosocial interventions, detoxification, rehabilitation, OST prescribing and wide range of aftercare and in to work support. We use a multi-agency approach, working with both statutory and non-statutory services to increase choice and positives outcomes for the people using this service.The successful applicant will have a positive approach to working in a dynamic environment with a commitment to providing meaningful services to those who present to our service and achieve this by supporting the existing dedicated team of recovery workers.
